I have recently released a gaming community at http://www.GamersCommunity.net. I do have an admin and a moderator but they don't seem to be very active.
I am in need of 1 admin and 1 moderator. For both positions the main objective is to post and keep the site a bit active so it will attract more members. Once the site has many members your objectives will change to monitoring and managing the community.
The requirements for both these positions include being active on a daily basis, owning video game console(s), and have past forum management experience such as being a forum moderator or admin.
These are not paid jobs.
