I need to find some more advertising companys, does anyone know any good ones?? I perfer ones styled to adsense but anything good with good pay will be awesome

have you tried AdBrite? They seems to give a lot more control over ads you run on the site than AdSence, they have same banner formats. You can also decide which ads to run CPC or CPM ones as for forums CPM format may work better than CPC or CPA.
