One of my favorites are the "Get Paid to Do Surveys" programs. There are several sites that do these programs around the internet. The basic survey usually consists of your name, e-mail, and address, and then there are several (usually 3-6) pages with advertisements and you can select which ones you are interested in. If you aren't interested in any, you can just click "NO" on all of them -- which is what I usually do. Anyhow, the payrate for these kinds of surveys is usually between $0.50 to $1.50. It all depends on the site that hosts the program.

http://s.proscript.org/RainingMoney/ is a reliable ptc. It's still pretty small, but has 10 day payout and a minimum of 1.00 payout.

For seeing if their legit, just do the math. If a site is paying .01 per click and .01 per referral click then it costs them 2.00 per 100 clicks. If their charging between 1.50 - 2.00+ for 100 clicks then their usually sustainable. Even with a loss of 50 cents per 100 clicks their fine. they know taht many users will never cash out or will redeem for ads. They also have separate sources of income, such as banner ads.

On the other hand, if a ptc is paying .05 per click and charging 1.00 per 100 views, it's going to a scam 99% of the time.

Hope this helps! :)
